You understand that a Wedding or a Quinceañera is a once-in-a-lifetime investment, and you know how to build the trust required to get that contract signed. Who You Are • A Hunter: You don’t wait for the phone to ring. You relentlessly follow up on leads, work your pipeline, and treat every walk-in like a closed deal. • A "People Person" with a Purpose: You can sit down with a nervous bride or a proud parent, make them feel at home, and guide them confidently toward a decision. • Financially Motivated: You want a role where your paycheck reflects your hustle. You are driven by closing ratios and commission checks. • Culturally Competent: You understand the traditions and deep emotional importance of Quinceañeras and Weddings. Key Responsibilities • Own the Pipeline: Respond to all inbound leads (social media, website, calls) with urgency. Speed-to-lead is everything. • Conduct "Killer" Tours: Execute high-energy venue tours that sell the vision, the experience, and the emotion of the event. • Close the Deal: Overcome objections regarding budget or dates by selling value, experience, and peace of mind. • Contract Management: Draft proposals, secure deposits, and ensure all financial terms are clear and signed. • Client Handover: Manage the relationship from the first handshake until the contract is signed, then seamlessly transition the client to our Operations Team for execution. Requirements • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in high-ticket sales (Hospitality, Real Estate, Cars, or Luxury Retail). • Weekend Availability: This is the events industry. You must be available on weekends when our clients are available to tour. • Bilingual Preferred: (Spanish/English) – Highly desired to communicate effectively with our Quinceañera and multi-generational clients. • Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM software to track leads and manage follow-ups effectively.
