Miami, FL | Full-Time | Event Production & A/V Services About Us: Event Factor is a premier event production company specializing in audio/visual, lighting, entertainment, and experiential solutions for high-end corporate and social events. We partner with top brands, luxury venues, and planners to bring world-class experiences to life. We’re currently seeking a Sales Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us streamline operations, support our sales process, and ensure seamless client service. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales and production teams Prepare proposals, estimates, and client-facing documents Maintain CRM (e.g. Google Workspace, etc) Schedule internal and client-facing meetings, calls, and calendar holds Track deposits, signed contracts, and document compliance Assist in onboarding new clients and managing post-sale communication Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate handoffs and timelines Occasionally support event-day logistics or client check-ins Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset Experience in the event, hospitality, or creative industries is preferred Ability to work on-site in South Florida and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What We Offer: A collaborative, high-performance work culture Opportunities for growth within a leading event production company Involvement in exciting, large-scale events with top-tier clients Competitive salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
