Position Summary The Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations and ensures a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role partners closely with the General Manager and requires a flexible leader who is willing to assist in all departments to support hotel success. Spanish proficiency is required due to the needs of our guest demographic and team communication. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management • Lead, train, coach, and supervise the Front Desk team • Conduct interviews, participate in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment Guest Experience • Ensure exceptional service delivery at every guest touchpoint • Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy • Support guest satisfaction goals, aiming for 80%+ brand standards Front Office Operations • Oversee daily operations including check-in/out, cashiering, and reservations • Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and compliance procedures • Create schedules according to forecasted occupancy and business needs • Assist at the desk or throughout the hotel as needed to maintain smooth operations Quality & Brand Standards • Inspect lobby, public areas, and back-office spaces for cleanliness and organization • Support quality assurance goals and uphold IHG brand standards • Partner with housekeeping and engineering on service and maintenance needs Communication & Administration • Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and leadership • Help lead team meetings, trainings, and daily huddles • Ensure required documentation, onboarding, and brand training are completed • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all policies Qualifications • Spanish Required (verbal & written) • Previous Front Desk Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly • Experience with PMS systems, Microsoft Word/Excel preferred • Must be open and willing to support all departments when needed • Hospitality experience strongly preferred Why Join Us • Be part of a modern, wellness-focused hotel brand • Work within the global network of IHG Hotels & Resorts, with growth opportunities • Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture • A chance to make a meaningful impact on guest experiences and team development Apply Today!
