Night Security & Closing Part-Time • 4 Nights/Week • 2-3 Hours/Night Position Summary We are looking for a reliable Night Security & Closing Attendant to secure the property each evening. This role ensures buildings are locked, lights and equipment are turned off, and A/C units are set to after-hours settings. Responsibilities • Lock all buildings, doors, and exterior entrances. • Turn off lights and equipment. • Set thermostats/A/C units to designated night settings. • Perform a full property walk-through and ensure no one remains inside. • Report any issues, maintenance needs, or unusual activity. • Complete a simple nightly log. Qualifications • Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. • Able to work independently. • Previous security/facilities experience helpful. • Must pass a background check. Schedule • 4 nights per week • 2-3 hours per night (evening hours vary by events)
