Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accountant based in Mombasa County, Kenya. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting software, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The individual will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the overall financial management of the organization. Qualifications • Skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge • Proficiency in Accounting Software • Experience in Financial Reporting • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Experience in non-profit or social enterprise sectors is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
