Business Development Manager – Professional Staffing Services Are you a self-driven sales professional with a strong background in headhunting, client acquisition, and B2B business development within the staffing and recruiting industry? We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead growth by acquiring new clients, forging long-term partnerships, and increasing revenue through targeted outreach and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: • Lead new business development by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing new client partnerships in the professional staffing sector. • Apply your headhunting expertise to deliver custom talent solutions that align with client hiring needs. • Leverage your industry network and established relationships to shorten the sales cycle and open new opportunities. • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from cold calling and prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding. • Conduct market research, attend networking events, and execute outreach campaigns to develop a qualified sales pipeline. • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to align client requirements with sourcing strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline tracking using CRM systems. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum of 5+ years in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, preferably within professional staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition services. • Demonstrated success in headhunting, cold outreach, and building a book of business from the ground up. • Existing relationships or network within industries such as healthcare, food & beverage, packaging, medical devices, technology, finance, or manufacturing. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with HR leaders and decision-makers. • A true hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business and exceeding sales goals. • Confidence in crafting and presenting customized staffing solutions to meet unique client demands. • Proficiency with tools like CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement software.
