Ethos Technologies LLC is looking for a Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Business Analyst to lead the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs. This position is in support of a Federal contract supporting SailPoint. This position will define and document customer data requirements and current business process automation solutions. This position will act as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements. This position is remote (telework). No relocation expenses. Required Qualifications/Skills: • Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor’s Degrees in IT, Business or a relevant study. • Sailpoint Experience is Required • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis is REQUIRED. • 5+ yrs experience facilitating meetings with subject matter experts, managers, and developers. • Demonstrated experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs). • Excellent Verbal and written communications • Experience utilizing Agile Development Methodology. • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing, including creating Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs). • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. • Knowledge in generating process documentation. • Must have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work positively with the project stakeholders. • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems. • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working with a team. Major Duties Responsibilities: • Facilitate coordination with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify and elaborate business requirements and required technical capabilities. • Conduct analysis of business processes and identify opportunities to improve and make more efficient. • Understanding of transformation opportunities and methodologies including Process Automation, Design Thinking, and Agile. Database and systems development experience is a plus. • Must have experience creating process based applications which bring efficiencies to human-centric business processes. • Functional Description: Perform analysis regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale operations. • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection to assess and analyze current organization states and systems. • Perform gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states. • Document and deliver findings and recommendations. • Understand and document if a deployed business process or IT solution is meeting the business owner expectations. • Document the benefits, pain points and workarounds introduced by IT solutions within the business and operational workflow processes. • Communicate with project team members to uncover risks and issues that may be identified during assessments. • Aggregate data collected from stakeholders to provide context, lesson learned and associated recommendations to correct issues or to develop future state requirements. • Understand value of comparing baseline assessment results to post implementation assessment results to identify where improvements have/have-not been realized.
