About Us Eternal Jewelry is a high-end jewelry brand specializing in fine diamond pieces, luxury custom designs, and rare statement jewelry. Our collections range from timeless engagement rings to bold, one-of-a-kind creations for discerning clients worldwide. Our mission is to be the most trusted and competitive luxury jewelry brand, making it simple for customers to connect with us through our website, social media, and digital experiences. We are seeking a Shopify E-Commerce UI/UX Designer to refine and elevate our online store so it reflects the luxury of our brand and maximizes conversion. This is a freelance / part-time role. Requirement: You must have direct experience designing and managing jewelry e-commerce stores, and a proven ability to improve conversions. This is a hands-on role — you must be able to both design and develop within Shopify. What You’ll Do Shopify Store Design & Development • Design and develop customized Shopify themes to match luxury brand aesthetics (layout, typography, navigation, product pages). • Ensure the store design conveys elegance and trust while being optimized for conversion rate improvements. • Implement Shopify apps and features to enhance the customer journey and checkout flow. • Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and media with a focus on premium presentation. Performance & Optimization • Optimize store for mobile, speed, SEO, and overall performance. • Improve product detail pages, collections, and filtering for discoverability. • Conduct A/B tests and apply CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify integrations and apps. Integrations & Retention • Set up and optimize Klaviyo for automated flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback). • Manage and integrate reviews/UGC apps (Loox, Yotpo, Judge.me) to build trust and social proof. • Implement financing/payment options (Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Klarna) to improve checkout conversion for high-ticket items. • Ensure proper tracking and analytics integrations (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking) for accurate performance measurement. • Implement luxury e-commerce features like appointment booking, live chat, or virtual try-on where relevant. Collaboration • Work with our marketing team to align store visuals with campaigns and promotions. • Provide recommendations on UX/UI strategies specifically tailored for luxury jewelry conversions. What You Bring to the Table • 3–5+ years of experience designing and developing Shopify stores. • Proven track record with jewelry e-commerce (portfolio required). • Hands-on ability to both design and develop (Shopify themes, Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS). • Demonstrated success in driving higher conversions and improving checkout performance. • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM integrations, reviews/UGC apps, and financing/payment platforms. • Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and UX/UI best practices for high-ticket e-commerce. • Experience optimizing Shopify sites for speed, SEO, and mobile usability.
