Job Title: Lead, Global Retail Marketing Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 08 months contract Pay Range: $(52.66 - 58.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Work Schedule: Beaverton WHQ (PHK) 4 days a week, Friday WFH Job Description: · You'll join our Global Signature Services and Experiences team, a group of innovators dedicated to delivering elevated retail experiences that drive engagement and loyalty with the brand. · As a key team member, you'll partner with a large cross-functional group, including Retail Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product, and · Geo teams, to develop strategies enabling retail teams to activate best-in-class customer services and experiences. · With a focus on priority campaigns, product launches, and sports moments, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and elevated brand expression across the retail landscape. · By equipping teams with the tools and expertise needed to deliver exceptional retail experiences, you'll help elevate how the · Brand shows up in the marketplace and foster deeper connections with customers. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON: · As our Retail Signature Services and Experiences Lead, you will be responsible for developing and testing new concepts for in-store services and experiences that drive customer loyalty and sales growth. · You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences. · Identify and develop new concepts for in-store services and experiences that align with overall retail marketing goals and objectives · Design and execute in-market tests, such as A/B testing or customer surveys, for new concepts, analyzing results and providing recommendations for future development · Establish a clear path for scaling services and experiences, including developing business cases, operational plans, and financial projections · Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Retail Operations, Creative, · Brand, Digital, Product and Geo teams, and external vendors, to ensure · seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences · Conduct customer research and analysis to inform concept development and in-market testing, ensuring that services and experiences meet the needs and desires of customers · Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative retail experiences, applying this knowledge to improve and evolve in-store services and experiences · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Visual · Merchandising, and Digital, to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences Comments for Suppliers: · Needs to be at Beaverton WHQ (PHK) 4 days a week, Friday WFH · Previous Retail experience on the corporate side with larger companies a plus · Strong communication skills are needed. · Project management type experience in the retail space- lots of collaboration with teams across. · This person will cover a very wide range of work that is focused on evolving, expanding, and leveraging in-store customization service to support key brand, sport, and product moments. · They will help sport and brand leads identify and create amazing experiences in our retail stores. · The role will need a solid communicator that is highly organized with great follow-through and is able to think creatively, ideating how the brand can show up in the marketplace.
