Project Name: Data Quality & Reporting Analyst Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Part Time Location: Remote Description: · We are seeking a Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst to support Oracle HCM retrofit efforts, workforce data needs assessments, and data governance activities. · This role focuses on capturing business requirements, validating and testing data, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce reporting and metric calculations. · Key responsibilities include querying databases using SQL, data analysis, identifying data quality issues, documenting reporting logic and data definitions, and supporting ad-hoc reporting and new report development as needed. · The analyst will collaborate with business partners to define key workforce metrics and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. · Strong analytical and math skills, attention to detail, and experience with data validation are essential. With Collibra, Oracle HCM, and Tableau is a plus.
