Role: ServiceNow Project Manager (Ref: 5540) Location: Sacramento, CA remote Duration: 24-36 months Minimum Mandatory Qualifications • Minimum of 12-15 years experience in Information Technology. • Experience as a Project Manager on at least two large and complex IT projects managing legacy system replacements, including data conversion and new builds. • “Large and complex” is defined as projects with implementation contract value greater than $15M, interfacing with at least five external systems, and including multi-platform processing with internal and external user-facing front ends optimized for multiple user interface platforms. • Experience as a Project Manager on the full lifecycle of an IT project for a public sector entity. • Experience as a Project Manager that has completed one implementation of a ServiceNow solution. Preferred Qualifications • Experience as a Project Manager on more than two large and complex IT projects managing legacy system replacements, including data conversion and new builds. • Experience as a Project Manager for more than one project with the full lifecycle of an IT project for a public sector entity. • Experience as a Project Manager for more than one implementation of a ServiceNow solution. Additional Expectations • Ability to provide end-client references for projects used to meet the qualification requirements, including signed client confirmations. • Experience used to meet the requirements should be within the last ten years. • Ability to support a full-time assignment and participate in project governance, status reporting, and risk/issue management processes as required.
