Full Description

Position: Senior Project Manager / Organizational Change Management (Ref:5524). Duration: 12 months. Location: Remote. Minimum Mandatory Qualifications • Seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible full-time equivalent (FTE) experience applying Project Management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years FTE experience must have been as a senior PM on one (1) or more large or complex IT projects. • Possess a bachelor’s degree, and a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-to-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience. • Three (3) consecutive years of FTE experience managing and facilitating organizational changes that were the direct result of new information technology systems or capabilities. This experience must include evaluating the organization's readiness for the change and identifying any potential barriers or resistance to the new services and processes. This experience must have occurred within the last seven (7) years. • Three (3) consecutive years of FTE experience assisting with the development of policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with laws or regulations. This experience must have occurred within the last seven (7) years. • Three (3) consecutive years of FTE experience working with diverse, cross-functional, and multi-sourced stakeholder groups to ensure common understanding and consistent communications regarding change. This experience must include engaging with key stakeholders to gain support and involvement in the integration process. This experience must have occurred within the last seven (7) years. • Three (3) consecutive years of FTE experience participating in teams using a formal project management methodology or framework. This experience must have occurred within the last seven (7) years. • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification that is current and in good standing, or a comparable certification from a recognized professional certification program for change management. Include a copy of the CCMP certification with responses. • Experience with federal interoperability regulations or industry standards, such as the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule; Prior Authorization Final Rule; ONC Cures Act Final Rule; Health Level 7 (HL7) Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification. • Membership or participation in national workgroups for the advancement of health information and interoperability standards. Specific organizations or workgroups must be named in response. • Experience working with the State of California Departments or other government organizations. • Experience with the national Medicaid program, particularly the functions and operations of State Medicaid Agencies. Candidates will need to complete the client's Qualification Matrix, and complete three Reference forms which will need to be signed by the reference contacts. This is mandated by the State client.
