Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Back End Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications and APIs. This role requires a strong understanding of web development frameworks, database management, and modern software development methodologies. The Back End Developer will collaborate closely with front-end teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs. Duties • Develop and maintain server-side logic using technologies such as ASP.NET, Node.js, Java, or Python. • Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless communication between client applications and servers. • Manage database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. • Integrate front-end components built with React, Angular, or Vue.js with back-end services. • Implement microservices architecture utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms. • Write clean, efficient code adhering to best practices in OOP, TDD, and SDLC processes. • Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. • Collaborate in Agile teams using tools like GitHub, TFS, SVN, or Git for version control. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Document system architecture using UML diagrams and technical specifications. Requirements • Proven experience in web development with a focus on backend technologies such as ASP.NET (), Java Spring Boot, Python Django/Flask, or Ruby on Rails. • Strong proficiency in database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar NoSQL databases. • Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and implementation as well as SOAP-based web services. • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus for collaboration purposes. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications. • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. • Proficiency in version control systems including GitHub, TFS, SVN. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices in unit testing and debugging. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. • Excellent problem-solving skills along with strong communication abilities.
