GENERAL FUNCTION As a Market Manager for Luxury House Brands (Oliver Peoples or Ray-Ban), you will lead with purpose and passion, overseeing multiple stores within your market while elevating the luxury experience that defines our brand. You will ensure every customer interaction reflects authenticity, innovation, and superior service. You’ll oversee operational performance, support and develop your teams, and ensure every customer interaction embodies the craftsmanship and quality of our brands. Through your leadership, you will create stores that consistently deliver memorable experiences and uphold the prestige and heritage of the world’s most iconic eyewear brands. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage a designated Home Store while overseeing additional stores within the assigned market. • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and hold teams accountable for achieving KPIs and business objectives. • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to identify opportunities, address challenges, and implement strategic action plans to drive growth and improve performance. • Foster a high-performing, accountable culture through coaching, mentoring, and recognition, inspiring teams to collaborate, excel, and consistently exceed business objectives • Build and retain high-performing teams through recruiting, mentoring, and recognition, fostering a culture of accountability and success. • Leverage Client Feedback to refine strategies and continuously enhance the luxury customer experience. • Travel: 90% • Additional responsibilities as needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of previous retail management experience, preferably multi-unit and within a luxury selling environment. • Proven track record of selecting high-performing talent and ability to develop compelling development plans. • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong Business acumen • Must have a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Previous multi-unit retail experience is preferred. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
