Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our clients' equipment remotely. This position requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues remotely using advanced diagnostic tools. - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. - You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions. - You will document all service activities accurately in our management system. - You will collaborate with the Business Services Manager to prioritize service requests and manage workload. - You will stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to enhance service quality. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. - Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and remote diagnostic tools. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency with computer systems and service management software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely in a technical support capacity. - Familiarity with Pacteon group products and services. - Additional certifications related to equipment maintenance or technology support. - Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
