This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients. What You'll Do: - You will remotely diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ESS Technologies’ products. - You will provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and service requests. - You will collaborate with the Business Services Manager to prioritize and manage service tasks. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - You will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment remotely. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on product performance and customer needs. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or field service role. - Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and software. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with ESS Technologies’ products or similar technology. - Familiarity with network configurations and protocols. - Additional technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+. - Previous experience in a remote field service role.
