Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by providing remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for our products. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will remotely diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with ESS Technologies' equipment. - You will provide timely and effective solutions to customers via phone, email, or remote access tools. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. - You will assist in training customers on product usage and maintenance remotely. - You will monitor and report on recurring issues to help improve product reliability. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in field service or technical support roles. - Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and remote diagnostic tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with remote support software and CRM systems.
