What You'll Do: - You will remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ESS Technologies’ products and systems. - You will provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - You will collaborate with the Business Services Manager and other team members to improve service processes. - You will assist in training customers on product usage and best practices. - You will escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support or field service role. - Strong knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and techniques. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. - Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to technical support. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with industrial or commercial technology products. - Familiarity with ESS Technologies’ product lines or similar equipment. - Additional certifications in technical support or related fields. - Previous experience in a remote service technician role.
