What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. - Strong knowledge of industrial or commercial equipment and remote diagnostic tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to remote service operations.
