What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. - Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems relevant to ESS Technologies' products. - Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and software. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
