Overview Join our innovative team in Esri's Creative Lab to create and promote on-brand designs for Esri’s online store. You'll be working closely with a high-performing team of skilled and passionate Product Designers to improve and evolve the Digital Commerce experience. We’re looking for a thoughtful problem solver and clear communicator who’s passionate about design and excited to grow. You’ll bring a strong understanding of user-centered design, systems thinking, and interaction design to help our team expand the impact of Esri’s location-based technology. Responsibilities Be an instrumental part of our Digital Commerce Team that designs for both internal stakeholders and distributors around the world Balance user-centered design principles with business goals to create exceptional user experiences that directly affect the bottom line Synthesize creative briefs, wireframes, and internal feedback to design innovative web solutions that meet project objectives Work with a team of expert Product Designers to grow your experience and enhance your skills Collaborate with cross-functional team members such as UX designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders to develop designs across a portfolio of Esri products and marketing campaigns Stay up to date with new web design trends and technologies Requirements 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile 2 years of experience designing ecommerce experiences, reflected in your portfolio Strong skills with design software, including but not limited to Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with user research in all its forms, and a well-honed sense of what method is most appropriate to answer the questions at hand Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative Agile team, listen effectively, and respect others while offering and receiving constructive feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and presenting to large audiences Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, elegant design solutions, and measurable impact Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, information science, or another related design discipline Recommended Qualifications #LI-OH1 Total Rewards Esri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
