HRIS Analyst HRIS Analyst Coppell or Tampa, FL HRIS or related experience (data entry, reporting, and system support). Hands-on experience with HR data management importing, cleaning, validating, and troubleshooting. Experience level: Associate Experience required: 5 Years Education level: Bachelors degree Job function: Human Resources Industry: Financial Services Pay rate: View hourly payrate Total position: 1 Visa sponsorship eligibility: No Location: Tampa is preference for HM (will be shortlisted first), but open to Dallas (Coppell) along with prior financial services industry background. Possible CTH Interview Process: 1 round Principal Responsibilities: • Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, cleaning and validation of staff and organizational data • Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry • Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs • Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR • Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling, transforming and visualizing data • Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquiries via various hotlines and mailboxes • Assist end users with system functionality and features • Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc. • Develop, deliver and maintain training for end-users, managers and ins • Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes • Drive the organization to self-service model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards • Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation and future releases • Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation • Experience: 2-4 years HRIS or related experience Working Place: Tampa, Florida, United States Company: ESR Healthcare
