Business Analyst - Commercial Claims Payment (5234-1) Waltham, MA Business Analyst, Agile, Commercial Claims, Pega Payment Workflows, UAT, SQL, RDBMS, AGILE Certified Product Owner Experience level : Mid-senior Experience required : 7 Years Education level : Bachelors degree Job function : Information Technology Industry : Information Technology and Services Pay rate : View hourly payrate Total position : 1 Relocation assistance : No Visa sponsorship eligibility : No Job Description : • 7+ years of experience in Agile Way of Working • Current State Process Mapping and Target State Solution definition experience with complex global claims organization payment process • Ability to independently lead requirements workshops and document business / IT requirements • Work closely with business area liaisons, Payment Hub (One Inc) to scope and determine needs regarding Claims payment processes and functionality. • Create business requirements, current state to target state process mapping, in alignment with change management procedures, throughout the life of the project. • Document new or revised processes and procedures resulting from project efforts. Drive Business / IT Workshops, Demos, UAT. • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall IT Claims Payment landscape. • Follow process standards and handle end-to-end requirements. • Payment SME with 10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims. • Pega CBA certification or experience in Pega Payment workflows. • Knowledge of Commercial Claims Lifecycle including end-to-end Claims Payment Process, Treasury, Payment Hub in Insurance (One Inc), Payment Channels, Disbursements, Payee Information Platform, Master Data Management. • AGILE Certified Product Owner. • Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS. • Demonstrate resourcefulness, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and work independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
