Esker is seeking a Strategic Growth Marketing Director to spearhead our worldwide strategy — driving brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement across all regions. This pivotal role sits within our Corporate Marketing team and serves as the strategic bridge between global vision and local market execution. You’ll lead a dynamic team of 10 Regional Marketing Directors, an ABM Manager, a Program Manager, and our Marketing Technology team, ensuring alignment and excellence across every touchpoint. What You'll Lead Team Management Lead and support a global team of 10 Regional Marketing Directors, ABM Manager, Program Manager, and MarTech specialists Oversee global marketing execution across all regions in alignment with corporate GTM strategy Manage global marketing budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams Partner with the Head of Customer, Brand & Creative, and Content teams within Corporate Marketing to ensure consistency in customer messaging, brand identity, and content development Maintain dotted-line collaboration with the Head of Channel and Head of Value to align programs with partner and customer value strategies Marketing Plan Define and implement the annual global growth marketing plan, aligned with business priorities and revenue objectives Create global campaign frameworks and assets to be adapted and executed locally Support field teams in localizing global campaigns while ensuring brand and message consistency Provide ongoing performance feedback and market insights to inform strategic planning Growth Marketing Own global demand generation strategy across digital, paid, content, SEO/SEM, events, and inbound channels Optimize marketing funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROI) through campaign architecture and performance data Guide strategic use of Marketo (MAP), Salesforce (CRM), and Highspot across the campaign lifecycle Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to drive lead scoring, campaign analytics, and investment planning Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Lead the global ABM strategy and execution through the ABM Manager and regional teams Enable the development and scaling of 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs targeting strategic accounts Monitor ABM performance metrics including pipeline contribution, deal acceleration, and influence Partner Marketing Collaborate with the Partner Marketing team under the CMO to support global co-marketing initiatives Coordinate with the Head of Channel to ensure joint marketing programs are aligned with go-to-market strategies Support execution of joint events, campaigns, and content with strategic partners Ensure that all partner-facing initiatives reflect Esker’s messaging and brand standards Customer Marketing Partner with the Customer Marketing team under the CMO to support global lifecycle marketing, retention, and advocacy initiatives Align with the Head of Customer and Head of Value to drive development of case studies, testimonials, and customer engagement strategies Contribute to customer-focused campaigns that support expansion, satisfaction, and loyalty Communication Ensure alignment of regional and global campaigns with corporate brand messaging Support execution of global communication strategies in collaboration with the Brand, Content, and Communication teams Coordinate with the Brand & Creative team to ensure campaigns follow brand and visual identity standards Work with the Content team to plan, produce, and adapt strategic messaging across campaigns and assets Sales & Marketing Tools Oversee adoption and optimization of Marketo, Salesforce, Highspot, and other tools used by regional and global teams Manage campaign execution and performance reporting in collaboration with the MarTech and Marketing Ops teams Ensure GDPR compliance and best practices in lead management, automation, and data integrity Customer Communication & Satisfaction Metrics Support global customer lifecycle communication strategies across multiple segments and geographies Drive adoption of NPS, CSAT, and feedback loops through marketing-led initiatives Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted communications What You Bring Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leading global growth and campaign functions, demand generation, ABM, and field marketing strategy, majority should be in B2B SaaS marketing Proven success in managing international marketing teams and driving measurable pipeline impact Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional GTM environments Expertise in modern marketing platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, and Highspot Experience in a private equity–backed or fast-scaling company is a strong plus Willingness to travel globally (20-30%) US Salary Range: $250,000-300,000 total compensation package Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
