Join Esker as Sales Operations Lead Shape the future of a €200M+ AI-powered SaaS trailblazer As the Sales Operations Lead, you will report to the Global Head of Sales Operations to build out the function globally at Esker. You will become the strategic and operational backbone of our B2B SaaS sales team working cross-functionally across GTM teams. Your mission is to optimize sales performance, streamline processes, and ensure our sales engine runs efficiently and scales effectively. This role is pivotal in supporting a high-velocity, data-driven, and customer-focused SaaS organization. Key Responsibilities: Trusted Business Partner Trusted Business Partner to Sales and other GTM functions Sales Strategy & Execution Lead GTM strategy planning including sales forecasting, territory planning, segmentation, and quota setting. Create and apply Firmographics to aid territory design. Assist with identification and prioritization of effort towards ICP and ABM. Establish Exit criteria in SF Partner with Sales Leadership to define and measure key performance metrics (ARR, CARR, LTV, churn, conversion rates). Own the development and implementation of scalable sales processes aligned with company growth stages. CRM & Tech Stack Management Own the Salesforce (or HubSpot) CRM: ensure data accuracy, user adoption, and system optimization. Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement and productivity tools i.e ,Salesloft, ZoomInfo). Integrate systems with Marketing Automation, Billing, and Customer Success platforms. Performance Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales KPIs. Deliver insights to support strategic decisions, sales coaching, and investor reporting. Track sales funnel performance across the buyer journey Inform lead scoring model based on SQL conversions, ICP tracking, engagement data Streamline and industrialize intent data and sales motions for outreach Opportunity analysis: personas involved, competition, won/loss data, attribution & engagement data, etc. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success. Support alignment around lead handoffs, customer onboarding, product feedback loops, and upsell/cross-sell motions. Partner with Marketing Ops on lead scoring, attribution, and campaign ROI. What You Bring: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Ops in a B2B SaaS company. Strong CRM administration experience (e.g., Salesforce), plus proficiency in analytics/reporting tools Familiarity with subscription billing models, sales comp plans, and renewal/expansion workflows. Deep understanding of SaaS metrics Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA is a plus. Experience with tools like Clari, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Demandbase and LeanData preferred Exposure to international sales operations or multiple sales motions (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
