As we evolve, we are expanding our impact through technology, building tools that scale opportunity beyond our physical location. • JoyJobs: www.joyjobs.org JoyJobs is a tech-enabled initiative currently in the production and solution development stage.The platform focuses on an AI-powered online workspace designed to support structured skill presentation, collaboration between job seekers and support networks, and employer-facing tools that enable inclusive hiring and workforce integration.We are seeking a program lead to support structured execution, coordination, and growth of JoyJobs while also serving as a strategic execution partner to the CEO. Role Overview This role bridges execution and strategy in a small, fast-moving startup environment. With an Operations Lead overseeing venue operations, this position focuses on JoyJobs program coordination, business development support, data reporting and analysis, and executive-level administrative and strategic support. This is not a traditional assistant role. It is designed for a strong executor who enjoys turning ideas into structured systems and measurable progress. Key Responsibilities JoyJobs Program Coordination: - Coordinate tasks between CEO and partners - Support user testing, customer interviews, and structured feedback loops - Assist in conducting product demos for partners and stakeholders - Support partnership outreach and follow-up - Organize documentation and workflow systems Strategic & Administrative Support to Executive: - Prepare presentations, board materials, and structured reports - Conduct research to support business development efforts - Build organized spreadsheets and performance dashboards - Assist with budgeting visibility and data organization - Track project timelines and ensure accountability Seasonal Event Support: - Occasionally support weekend events during peak summer season - Provide operational backup when required - Take compensatory time off when weekends are worked Technical & Skill Requirements: - 5-8 years experience in SaaS startup, tech-enabled, or growth-stage environments- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) - Advanced spreadsheet skills (reporting, organization, data tracking, basic analytics) - Familiar with common AI tools for workflow automation and productivity - Familiar with Google keyword research, SEO fundamentals, and AI-assisted content optimization - Comfortable using project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.) - Skilled in Canva for presentations and marketing materials - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Organized, structured, and execution-focused Preferred Skills - Strong executor who enjoys building structure around evolving ideas - Tech-comfortable and AI-curious - Confident supporting demos and presentations - Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team - Mission-aligned with inclusive employment and ecosystem building - Growth-minded and ready to take increasing ownership over time Why This Role Is Different This is not a narrow corporate admin position.
