We're looking for a Software Implementation Specialist who is smart, ambitious and can champion the customer experience to join our Project Services team. Requirements What Will Make You An Ideal Candidate: Experience with software implementation projects from kick-off to go live. Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and risk registers. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers and quality assurance. Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, at operational and leadership levels. Familiarity with change control processes and scope management. Skilled in facilitating status meetings, milestone reviews, and stakeholder updates. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, along with acute attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand. What Makes You Extra Awesome: Experience in Land Management and Land Management Software. Experience with GIS Applications Familiarity with utilities, renewables, pipeline, and/or oil & gas applications SQL knowledge Experience with MS Project Your Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of medium to large-scale client implementations. Lead end-to-end project implementation of land software solutions, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage client onboarding and requirements gathering, ensuring clear documentation of scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Create and maintain detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, resource assignments, and risk assessments. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, trainers, data specialists) to deliver on time and within scope. Facilitate regular client meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, milestone reviews, and post-go-live check-ins. Monitor project health, proactively addressing risks, scope changes, or blockers through change management and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales) to align implementation with customer needs and future software enhancements. Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve various customer requests. Ensure project documentation is up to date, including meeting notes, change orders, status reports, and final deliverables. Drive successful project go-lives, ensuring clients are transitioned smoothly to support and long-term success. Your Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, GIS, Land Administration, or a related field. 3+ Years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation or land systems (e.g., land records, GIS, lease/contract management). Experience working with utilities, renewables, oil & gas, or land services companies is a strong asset. PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred but not required).
