We are a small real estate escrow office looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, collaborative, dedicated person to join our close-knit staff. Your primary objective will be to support our “team” and to seek out ways to promote an efficient and productive work environment. You will be in charge of front-line general customer service and will be responsible for providing administrative duties related to escrow closings. This important position involves extensive personal contact with clients and the general public. To best succeed, you will detail oriented and possess strong communication, typing, problem solving and organizational skills. You will also be computer savvy, adept at multi-tasking, and able to effectively establish and manage priorities. In general, your responsibilities would include the following: Greeting all clients and vendors as they arrive at the office Opening new transactions & preparing introductory paperwork Assembling information and entering data into our database Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail/faxes Handling phone calls with an emphasis on information gathering and assistance Scheduling and confirming appointments Following up on outstanding, overdue or missing file details Ordering and maintaining office supplies You will receive one-on-one training and have the opportunity for increased responsibilities.
