This role performs a wide range of administrative and office support responsibilities, along with a remote team, to facilitate the efficient operation of the Court Reporting Operations Department. The role will be fully remote, and you will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the US if you are able to work the following hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST. If you live in the Phoenix, AZ area, you also have the option of working in our local office. We also offer our talent a benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO. The offered annual salary range is $42,000-47,000 (based on experience). Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring coverage for hearings on the eScribers calendar. Will oversee and book travel arrangements for Independent Contractors traveling to cover jobs. Will be responsible for some calendaring with some reporting clients. Reviewing, downloading, and/or uploading files to the workflow system and Google calendar. Will assist with client copy sales and creating estimates. Will assist with answering and returning customer and reporter phone calls Able to think strategically and resolve problems. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment Provide administrative support as needed to the Reporting Department as directed by the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in office administrative support Detail-oriented and able to maintain and keep track of multiple tasks. Quick learner and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. Excellent business writing skills, spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Preferred familiarity with legal terminology and knowledge of trial preparation and court proceedings. Computer skills - should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to type 40 wpm.
