We are looking for an experienced Software Implementation consultant to join our team in the field of Pharma who has previous experience in software implementation project management. The candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of Enterprise Manufacturing software solutions focused on shift collaboration and plant performance measurement. This role primarily caters to Process Manufacturing Plants in the pharmaceutical industry, serving Fortune 500 companies in these sectors. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing software implementation projects, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile) high desirable. Your tasks Lead the implementation of the Shiftconnector software platform with a strong emphasis on the industrial performance module Demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder management Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
