At Escape Day Spa, we are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, with a client-centered focus, in order to drive company success. Ideally, we need someone who has experience with Word docs, social media, spreadsheets, and booking softwares. The perfect candidate would be a great multitasker, quick thinker, and problem solver. We are looking for someone with customer service experience, and Sales background. Your responsibilities as a receptionist would include... • Learning about our different services • Greeting Clients • Checking clients in and out • Answering the Phone • Booking appointments • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace • multi-tasking • Counting inventory weekly • Folding bed sheets, towels, etc. • Making sure everything is done when Opening/ Closing the Spa Expectations: When you are at the front desk, you will be trusted to ensure that everything is going smoothly throughout the day. This means it will be your responsibility to contact late clients, make sure the schedule is correct, respond to ALL client calls, texts, and emails. You must be able to calmly handle, resolve, and adapt to last-minute occurrences during the workday that may disrupt the appointment book. Schedule: Wednesday Friday Saturdays Sundays Please make sure you are available those days before applying. Might need a day or two more. Dress Code Policy: Our Front Desk Team is the face of our spa! Therefore, we expect our employees to dress neatly and appropriately at all times and that they maintain adequate personal hygiene. We ask that our receptionists avoid sneakers, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and use their sound judgment to refrain from using any other clothing that would not uphold a professional image. When in doubt, refer to the formal side. We expect that all staff work in closed-toe shoes, primarily for safety purposes. Of course, if the dress code policy contravenes the prescriptions of your faith or that it is offensive to you in any way, you can always discuss your situation with the Manager.
