Position Overview: EōS Fitness is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Coordinator to support our Revenue Operations team in driving efficiency and alignment across the organization. This role will assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing documentation, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong operational mindset, and is comfortable leading meetings, taking accurate notes, and collaborating with both field and HQ teams of all levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and other process documentation to ensure organizational consistency and compliance. Own the dissemination and version control of documentation across departments. Assist in implementing and optimizing processes that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. Coordinate and lead meetings to align stakeholders on initiatives and process changes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to support large-scale projects. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create clear, professional documentation and presentations. Monitor and report on progress of operational initiatives, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in process documentation and SOP creation preferred. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Highly organized, able to handle a high volume of transactions during peak periods. Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal—with internal teams and external vendors. Requirements: Must successfully pass Background Check. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to access and operate Company computer systems including preparing documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system.
