What you’ll do • Lead and manage multiple high-impact engineering programs, ensuring all goals for accuracy, timeliness, and profitability are met. • Develop and implement program-specific methodologies and tracking systems to monitor progress and resolve issues. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and achieve program objectives. • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance program outcomes. • Maintain and organize program documentation while ensuring data integrity and accessibility. • Utilize tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to present data insights and track performance metrics. What you’ll need • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 5+ years’ related experience • Proficient in the use of hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, ArcMap, O-calc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.) • Advanced proficiency in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.) • Authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
