Urgent Requirement: PeopleSoft Payroll Process Assessment Consultant - (Contract Pay SME) Duration: 2 months (likely an extension) Location: 100% remote Visa Type: All Tax Term: W2/C2C Interview: Phone/Video Required Skills: PeopleSoft Payroll Expertise Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll for North America Deep expertise in Contract Pay, including: Faculty salary processing tied to grade and step schedules Contract generation, payment distribution, and reconciliation Alignment of payroll outcomes with institutional pay structures Higher Education / Public Sector Experience Proven experience supporting payroll operations in higher education Strong understanding of multiple pay calendars, including: o9-month and 12-month faculty pay cycles oEarned Not Paid (ENP) and Paid Not Earned (PNE) scenarios Regards, Srinivas SP ERP Analysts, Inc.
