RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create Jenkins pipeline for functional and web service automation to achieve continuous delivery. • Use Ansible and Ansible Tower as Configuration management tools to automate repetitive tasks, quickly deploy critical applications, and proactively manage change. • Work with VMware, vSphere Client in supporting our Windows 2012 & 2016, Red-Hat Linux Enterprise 7 Server environment for Cloning, Snapshots, and deployment automation. • Work with the Enterprise Platform Team to develop, onboard pipeline applications and systems including production assembly by understanding the current backlog security vulnerabilities and patching hosts. • Used Ansible to Orchestrate software updates and verify functionality. • Establish "Operational Viability" standards and guidelines for the enterprise configuration management project in place and deliver automated solutions in the form of Ansible books and PHP scripts. • Develop Ansible playbooks which are entry points for Ansible provisioning, where the automation is defined through tasks using YAML format. • Implement and maintain Ansible Configuration Management by spinning several environments in open stack cloud. • Experience with Ansible Tower to manage multiple nodes and manage Inventory for different environments. • Involve in RALLY as a defect tracking system and configure various workflows, customizations, and plug-ins for RALLY bug/issue tracker and integration of Jenkins with RALLY/GitHub. • Develop Choco-Packages and PowerShell for Windows Environment. • Participate in Requirement Analysis of the applications along with Business Owners. • Coordinate Code Drop meetings (SCRUM) with developers to ensure teams are in sync and to meet Production requirements. • Streamline and improve the Testing Life Cycle to ensure Test Planning, Execution, and reporting coordination. • Design test data by executing SQL queries and joining the database schema for the portal applications. • Design test cases for Enterprise Web Services/XML/SAOP and RESTful services using Soap UI tool • Performance testing like benchmark, Load, Stress, and Endurance test for a web application. Defect tracking tools like ALM and Jira and monitor tools like Splunk, Grafana Core Competencies • Customer focus • Meet deadlines, and exceed goals in high-pressure situations • Analytical, organizational and time management skills • Project management and delivery using structured methodology • Strategic and tactical assessment skills • Professional, effective, persuasive oral and written communications to all levels within the company Functional/Technical Competencies • Comprehensive understanding of standard business processes • PeopleSoft applications (Human Resources Focused) • PeopleSoft Query, SQL, TOAD • Business Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc. Required Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science and three-five years of progressive, documented experience as a business-system analyst or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Minimum of three years of progressive, documented experience integrating business and PeopleSoft technology is required. Meaningful experience and in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM is required. Experience with Benefits initiatives such as Affordable Care Act and/or State Mandated Leave Programs is a plus. Participation in ERP full lifecycle implementations or upgrades is preferred. Staffing industry experience and/or advanced degree is a plus. Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drive. .
