We are seeking a National Director of Purchasing and Materials Management to join our team! Additional Qualifications/Skills: • Experience with database management systems. • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management. • Effective organizational and time management skills. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards. • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. • Ability to work closely and professionally with others. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for assisting with system-wide purchasing arrangements and helping to provide oversight of hospital purchasing and materials control activities for assigned buyers and assigned Ernest Health Hospitals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
