Full Description

Description: • Support and help shape a growing PMO by contributing to process design, continuous improvement, and best practices. • Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing PMO policies, procedures, and controls. • Facilitate training and onboarding PMO processes. • Collaborate across IT and other business units to align processes with new ERP systems and integration projects. • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, metrics, and project status. • Actively contribute to the exchange of ideas across the PMO, IT department, and business units to ensure best practices are shared and consistently applied throughout the organization. • Promote knowledge-sharing, cross-functional teamwork, and a culture of collaboration. • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer concerns a priority. • Ensure adherence to IT and organizational policies, standards, and governance practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of combined experience in project management and PMO roles. • Background in financials, budgeting, and forecasting (departmental forecasting emphasis). • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functions and levels.
