Business Analyst, Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Systems and Data Optimization The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing recruitment systems and processes across the ERMCO Enterprise. This remote role focuses on enhancing the technical and operational functions of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. A strong emphasis is placed on data collection, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. This is a remote role in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY. Responsibilities System Administration Configure and maintain the ATS and related recruitment platforms to meet organizational needs. Serve as the subject matter expert for user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations. Monitor system usage and generate accurate reports for stakeholders. Provide first-line technical support and user education for recruiters and hiring managers. Recruitment Operations Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling. Ensure accessibility and consistency of candidate experience across platforms. Track applicant flow, time-to-fill, and other key recruitment metrics. Implement automation tools, candidate engagement programs, and sourcing strategies. Integrate third-party sourcing tools and generate custom analytics reports. Maintain organized documentation and ensure seamless system operations. Talent Acquisition Analytics Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to measure recruitment effectiveness. Support HR in workforce planning, diversity hiring initiatives, and talent forecasting. Securely store and manage recruitment data and metrics. Qualifications Education Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of experience with ATS platforms and recruitment systems. Skills Proficient in system configurations, workflows, and data migration. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data management. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation. Effective problem solver and independent contributor. Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities. Experience in project management and implementation of business requirements.
