Key Responsibilities • General Repairs: Performing simple repairs on appliances, doors, windows, and furniture. • Plumbing & Electrical: Fixing leaky faucets and performing minor electrical repairs. • Painting & Decorating: Painting interior and exterior surfaces, applying wallpaper, and staining. • Carpentry & Installation: Assembling furniture and installing fixtures such as shelves, curtains, and cabinets. • Exterior Maintenance: Maintaining gardens, lawns, and gutters, and cleaning exterior surfaces. • Equipment Use: Operating various hand and power tools, and sometimes specialized equipment for cleaning or maintenance.
