Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job Description• Interviews customers, reviews and completes all forms required for successful entry into the program • Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments • Conducts group orientations • Guides members to available online service options • Trains members on various literacy topics of interest • Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses • Administers quarterly entrance examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression • Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff • Performs Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basisQualificationsBachelor’s degree required. One to two years in workforce development or related field preferred.Strong project management skills, including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlinesComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet Research, and social media.Outcome driven, strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform programmatic decisions.Highly motivated, with proven capacity to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in high-paced entrepreneurial environment.Flexible, with availability to work a weeknight and occasional Saturdays.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
