Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job Description• Interviews customers, reviews and completes all forms required for successful entry into the program • Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments • Conducts group orientations • Guides members to available online service options • Trains members on various literacy topics of interest • Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses • Administers quarterly entrance examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression • Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff • Performs Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basisQualificationsBachelor’s degree required.
