EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating communication with clients, broker partners, and Operations team members, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities • Assist with loan applications and documentation collection and review for compliance with guidelines. • Handle inbound calls to the Client Experience team, responding to inquiries about refinancing, loan products, and other related questions. • Communicate with clients, agents, and Operations team members. • Maintain accurate loan files and records in LOS. • Update and track CRM for leads and reach out to clients to connect with brokers and confirm business is brought back to EPM. • Coordinate meetings and calls with clients and stakeholders. • Provide updates to clients and referral partners. • Build and nurture relationships with broker partners. • Track loan application deadlines to ensure timely processing. • Handle administrative tasks like data entry and document preparation. • Support Director, Client and Partner Experience with loan proposals and related documents. • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. Qualifications & Skills • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. • 2+ years of mortgage lending experience. • Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines and loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, etc.). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have strong phone communication skills and be comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
