Company Description Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) provides specialized stock plan consulting services in plan administration, stock plan accounting, and special projects. We work on several platforms, including Equity Edge Online (EEO), Shareworks and Carta. EPS assists with various equity compensation projects, such as vendor searches, system implementations, process documentation, and more to reduce errors and enhance results. We pride ourselves on understanding our client's needs to provide the best solutions possible. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Equity Plan Consultant (Stock Plan Administrator). The Equity Plan Consultant will be responsible for managing stock administration tasks for multiple public companies, including equity plan administration, accounting, and reporting. The role also involves performing research, reconciliations, implementing processes, and working on some special equity projects to ensure smooth operations. The consultant will closely collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience in equity compensation administration • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Ability to work independently and remotely • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Knowledge of stock plan platforms such as Equity Edge Online (EEO) and Shareworks • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field is preferred • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
