The Regional Client Implementation Team Manager is a critical role reporting into the Head of Client Implementation. They will serve as the people leader over a team of individual contributors, the Implementation Experience Managers. The team of Implementation Experience Managers oversees the successful onboarding of new, existing, and returning clients as they add Equitable insurance products for our paper, digital, and peripheral supporting processes and ensure successful transition from sale through to our Customer Retention area. This position offers a flexible work schedule: it may be fully remote or hybrid. If you are located near one of our offices (e.g., Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Syracuse, NY), a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days on-site per week is expected to foster collaboration and connection. What We Are Looking For · Managing a team of Implementation Experience Managers, ensuring adherence to turnaround times, service level agreements, and quality · Subject Matter Expertise in the Implementation Experience Manager roles and responsibilities · Ability to train, monitor, and continuously grow individual contributor roles · Deep understanding of peripheral operational processes and handoffs for Distribution, Underwriting, Licensing & Appointment, Enrollment Analysts, and retention area · Process development collaboration with counterpart Regional Implementation Experience Leader · Handle escalations related to client implementation in their region · Grow and develop team The base salary range for this position is $ 68,000 -$100,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program What You Will Bring · 5+ years in Insurance or Financial Institution, or similar experience · 5+ of Employee Benefits or related experience · 3+ of Client Implementation or related experience Preferred · Deep Employee Benefits Product knowledge · Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with onshore, offshore, peer organizations, external vendors, brokers, and agents if required · Ability to operate in a challenging and fast-paced team environment. · Possess a high level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy/thoroughness Skills Process Mapping/Flowcharting: Works with one or more process mapping tools on a regular basis. Gathers input, output, goals, and event trigger information for manufacturing processes. Maps steps for simple/linear processes, referring to instructions, as needed. Interacts with process owners to validate maps. Finds redundancies and gaps in process mapping. Managing Multiple Priorities: Clarifies and handles multiple concurrent and diverse activities. Shifts focus among several efforts as required by changing priorities. Addresses potential conflicts that impact current delivery commitments. Works with or leads others to re-prioritize work and reschedule commitments as necessary. Responds to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work. Demonstrates an expectation that there will be ongoing shifts in demands and priorities. Budget Management: Gathers information on the basic concepts behind the budgeting process. Identifies key budget reports and their use. Describes major roles and responsibilities in the budgeting process. Uses the basic tools used for maintaining budgets.
