The Producer Assistant will assist with developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the clients, focusing solely on the assigned Advisor’s clients. This position reports to the assigned Advisor(s) directly. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing This role will support three financial advisors managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This position involves coordinating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Attention to detail, organizational skills and accuracy are critical. Communication: • Prepare reports for advisors, highlighting service performance and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate effectively with team members while demonstrating strong independence in managing tasks. • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client requirements are met. Project Coordination: • Coordinate client-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. • Attention to detail and organizational skills a must. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client objectives with company goals. Operations Support: • Participate in addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Support team members onboarding clients and modifying existing accounts. • Maintain compliance records. This position is an on-site role working in the Bellevue, WA office to foster collaboration and connection. This is a Part-Time position of 30Hrs. per week. The hourly rate is $31.25. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases and spot bonuses. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program What You Will Bring Preferred Knowledge/Experience • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of the securities industry’s rules and regulations preferred. • Detail oriented and organized • Able to prioritize workflow and good communication skills • Incumbent will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to Producer Group • Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities • Proven Success juggling multiple priorities in a heavy workload environment Skills • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Proficient in using CRM software Salesforce, ClientWorks, Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills by clearly conveying complex information and updates to management. • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold high ethical standards in handling and reporting financial and compliance matters. Demonstrate strong integrity and respect for personnel data. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
