The Client Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing and executing a variety of tasks that support client onboarding, project and time management, process optimization, consulting with external facing clients and providing an exceptional experience during the implementation process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt and learn, and a strong understanding of business impacts. The specialist will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations and maintain high-quality standards. This position offers a flexible work schedule: it may be fully remote or hybrid. If you are located near one of our offices (e.g., Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Syracuse, NY), a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days on-site per week is expected to foster collaboration and connection. What We Are Looking For Client Interaction and Communication: · Host meetings with external clients via video conferencing · Provide email and verbal updates to key stakeholders, including internal and external Sales partners (ie: Sales Executives, Account Managers and brokers) · Coordinate all implementation needs across departments and inter-departmentally. Process Optimization: · Organize and maintain project plans · Ensure all necessary milestones and requirements of implementation process are met timely. · Provide weekly status reports and feedback on processes to leadership · Host regular status calls with internal and external stakeholders. Data Management and Analysis: · Review and map census files in Excel · Upload census data and effectively communicate with external parties to resolve errors · Update Salesforce with all applicable fields for accurate reporting · Review group level documentation to ensure accuracy of group setup. · Understanding of Digital Onboarding platform so we can better assist with trouble shooting. Collaboration and Relationship Building: · Build effective relationships with internal and external partners · Work with downstream partners, including GRP, Solstice, Full Scope, Claims, Certificates, etc. · Collaborate with Sales Executives on unique requests and with Underwriters on requotes The base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $70,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Statistics and Actuarial Modeling: Knowledge of statistical and actuarial modeling tools and techniques; ability to apply modeling processes and techniques to facilitate risk management decisions.
