Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or similar. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and familiarity with Google Workspace is required.

About the role We're seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be the backbone for TA ensuring our hiring process is seamless and positive for all involved. You'll coordinate schedules, manage communications, and keep our operations running smoothly—all while providing an exceptional experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers. Candidate Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey. Manage Job Postings: Oversee job postings on various platforms and track applicant flow within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information. Assist with Onboarding: Partner with the People Operations team on offer letters, onboarding logistics, and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes to support a high-volume recruiting environment. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar). Process Improvement: Experience identifying opportunities to streamline scheduling processes for high-volume recruiting teams. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools. Physical Demands Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
