Plan, Execute, Close)Understands 3 to 5 technology domainsScopes and plans for small or medium technology projectsCreates project plans and obtains commitment and confirmation from team members on project phases and tasksConducts project kickoff meetingsAligns project releases to program releases and company releasesTechnology Program and Portfolio Management (On-going program with multiple projects and teams Identify, Change, Empower, Monitor)Maintains technology program cadenceMaintains technology program informationPublishes regular program progress reportsAligns program releases to company releasesLeads testing kickoff and go-no-go meetingsStakeholder Management and CommunicationBuilds relationships with company managers and senior managersTechnology Project Methodologies and Tools (Methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, Scrum.
