This role develops a clear multi-year product vision and strategy grounded in customer needs, market dynamics, technology evolution, competitive positioning, and ongoing analysis of competitor offerings. The position requires a team member who brings expertise in product/market strategy and can serve as a go-to thought partner for senior leaders in the product business unit, including the Chief Business Officer.This role is a key thought leadership position within the Corporate Strategy team, driving the next wave of growth at Equinix. The Head of Product Strategy, Infrastructure and Connectivity sits at the intersection of product, technology, and corporate strategy. Within the Corporate Strategy team, this leader is responsible for developing a long-term outlook for the product business unit, supporting critical decision-making, and ensuring Equinix maintains a strong competitive edge in both strategy and execution.This leader works at the core of Equinix, inside the Office of the CEO, partnering with the Chief Strategy Officer and other senior leaders in the compilation and analysis of strategy, M&A, real estate, long-term capital and operating budget allocation, new market entry, technology assessment, the future of the data center, and other corporate strategy initiatives for the company. This role provides the Head of Product Strategy, Infrastructure and Connectivity with a bird's eye view of the entire company and the ability to work collaboratively across functions. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
