This role is responsible for driving execution of executive-level real estate processes, delivering high-quality analytics and insights, and enabling effective communication and alignment across the global real estate portfolio.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Function & Strategic SupportLead creation and delivery of executive-level materials, including board presentations, investment proposals, strategy documents, and quarterly business reviewsDrive cross-functional coordination of real estate initiatives across Global Real Estate, Design and Construction, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partnersSupport executive decision-making by synthesizing complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendationsMaintain and improve processes for portfolio governance, approvals, and internal executive workflowsAnalytics & ResearchBuild and maintain advanced real estate financial models, portfolio analytics, and enterprise-wide scenario analysesConduct deep market research on global data center markets, power and land availability, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscapesDevelop insights and benchmarking to inform market entry strategy, portfolio optimization, and long-range planningPartner with FP&A to support forecasting, capital planning, cost-of-delivery analysis, and performance reportingCommunications & AlignmentCreate clear, high-quality communication materials for internal and external audiences, including GRE leadership, cross-functional teams, and senior executivesEstablish consistency in messaging, documentation, and reporting across the global real estate functionServe as connective tissue across GRE to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, risks, and escalationsDrive cadence, documentation, and follow-up for leadership meetings, governance forums, and strategic reviewsProgram & Portfolio SupportSupport evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of global development initiatives across multiple geographiesIdentify risks, business implications, and operational constraints at a portfolio levelPartner with regional and functional leads to ensure execution against milestones and strategic objectivesContribute to strategic initiatives such as market expansion, development strategy, partner engagement, and portfolio rationalizationQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Real Estate, or related field10+ years of experience in real estate, data center/infrastructure, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or analytically intensive strategic rolesExceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including portfolio or investment analysisStrong executive communication skills-written, verbal, and visualProven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentExperience operating in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholdersHigh degree of ownership, professionalism, and judgmentPreferredMBA or other relevant graduate degree (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Strategy)Familiarity with hyperscale data center development, energy/power markets, or digital infrastructureExperience supporting board-level materials, investment committees, or C-suite decision-makingBackground in long-range planning, capital allocation, or enterprise-wide portfolio analysisExperience designing or optimizing operational processes and governance structures CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Ability to assess market trends and their implications for portfolio decisionsAnalytical Rigor: Advanced modeling, data analysis, and research capabilityExecutive Presence: Polished communication and strong attention to detailCross-Functional Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships across teams and geographiesOperational Excellence: Drives structure, clarity, and accountability in processes and communicationOwnership & Initiative: Anticipates needs and delivers independently at a high standardThis posting is a new position within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 186,000 - 280,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / AnnualCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 154,000 - 232,000 CAD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
