Talent Advisor Opportunity in NYC! Schedule: Hybrid - On site 3 days a week, 2 remote Hours: 8am 4pm Contract Length: 6 months, possible extension Require Skills: • Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts. • Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders Flex Skills: • Team player • Proved track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables • Strong organizations skills • Razor sharp attention to detail • Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment Education Requirements • Associate's Degree plus 3 years relevant experience • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years relevant experience • High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years relevant experience • Required years of work experience in conjunction with educational degree This candidate will be supporting recruitment staff and reorganization initiatives.
