Talent Advisor Opportunity in NYC! Schedule: Hybrid - On site 3 days a week, 2 remote Hours: 8am 4pm Contract Length: 6 months, possible extension Require Skills: • Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts. • Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders Flex Skills: • Team player • Proved track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables • Strong organizations skills • Razor sharp attention to detail • Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment Education Requirements • Associate's Degree plus 3 years relevant experience • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years relevant experience • High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years relevant experience • Required years of work experience in conjunction with educational degree This candidate will be supporting recruitment staff and reorganization initiatives. This candidate will also be responsible for assisting in conducting new union hire orientations. It is important that this candidate is able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and remain composed with accuracy in completing work projects.
